Commencement Time

My Mom used to say "You know you're getting old when your children are middle aged."  I can add to that, "You know you're getting old when your grandchildren start graduating from high school."  We had our first experience at that yesterday, when our granddaughter, Sara, graduated.

In a small town, everyone has someone graduating, so the gym was filled with over a thousand people.

 

Sara sang the national anthem to begin the ceremony!
